Attackers now use cloned voices, real-time video avatars and AI-written messages to impersonate executives, employees, vendors and job candidates. This guide compares the leading enterprise deepfake detection platforms on what they detect, where they run, how they deploy and what they cost, using each vendor's own public documentation.
Published by Netarx, one of the vendors compared. See methodology and disclosure.
The five platforms enterprise buyers most often shortlist are Netarx, Reality Defender, GetReal Security, Pindrop and Resemble AI. They differ less on whether they can spot a deepfake and more on which channels they cover and where they run.
Cross-media platform that checks video, voice, email, SMS and files in real time and shows a green, yellow or red verdict on the user's own device.
Best fit: Organizations that want one product covering meetings, phones, email and messaging for every employee, with per-user pricing and a free tier to start.
Multi-model detection for voice, video and images, sold as an API with SDKs and as meeting and call-center apps (Real Suite).
Best fit: Teams that want to build deepfake detection into their own applications through an API, or need air-gapped deployment.
Netarx vs Reality DefenderReal-time meeting protection plus forensic analysis of voice, video and images, from the team co-founded by digital forensics researcher Hany Farid.
Best fit: Security teams that need forensic-grade investigation of suspect media, or continuous identity verification tied into Okta, Entra or CyberArk.
Netarx vs GetReal SecurityVoice security and fraud detection for contact centers, with deepfake detection extended to Teams, Zoom and Webex meetings (Pindrop Pulse).
Best fit: Large contact centers that need voice authentication, phone fraud scoring and deepfake detection inside Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect or NICE.
Netarx vs PindropVoice AI company whose DETECT models cover audio, video and images, offered via API, meeting bots and contact-center integrations.
Best fit: Developer teams that want usage-based API pricing, broad telephony integrations, or an air-gapped deployment of detection models.
Netarx vs Resemble AI“Not published” means we could not find the capability in the vendor's public documentation. It may exist under contract, so ask. “Partial” means limited coverage, explained in the note.

Most deepfake detection products started in one medium: Pindrop in phone audio, Resemble AI in voice synthesis, GetReal in media forensics. Real attacks rarely stay in one channel. A typical executive impersonation starts with an email or text, moves to a voice call and ends on a video meeting. Netarx is the only platform here that publishes email and SMS/messaging protection alongside voice and video. If your exposure is concentrated in one call center or one meeting platform, a single-channel specialist may be enough.
Reality Defender, GetReal and Resemble AI join meetings as bots or apps and expose APIs. Pindrop integrates into contact-center platforms. Netarx installs an agent on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, so the same verdict appears in a Teams meeting, a mobile call and an inbox. APIs suit teams building detection into their own products. Endpoint agents suit organizations protecting employees wherever they communicate.
Pricing models are not directly comparable: per user (Netarx), per scan (Reality Defender), per second of media (Resemble AI Flex), per call or per meeting seat block (Pindrop) and custom (GetReal). Model a year at your real meeting and call volume before comparing quotes.
These products appear in deepfake detection lists but solve a narrower or different problem. They can complement the platforms above.
Analyzes uploaded video, image and audio files and URLs with court-ready reports. API and on-prem available. Not built for live meetings.
Classifies AI-generated images, video and audio at scale for trust and safety teams. Usage-based API pricing.
Face liveness for onboarding and authentication; Verified Meetings (2026) adds identity checks to video calls.
Scores impersonation risk from device, network and behavior signals rather than analyzing the media itself.
Deepfake phishing simulations and training. A training product, not a detection product.
Finance, government and large enterprise; developer API plus contact-center and meeting protection.
CISO teams: meeting impersonation, hiring fraud, help desk, plus forensic investigation services.
Contact centers at banks, insurers and retailers; voice authentication and phone fraud.
Developers, contact centers, executive impersonation and KYC flows.
As of October 2026, the platforms most often shortlisted by enterprise buyers are Netarx (NIK), Reality Defender, GetReal Security, Pindrop and Resemble AI. Netarx covers the widest set of channels (voice, video, images, email and SMS/messaging) and runs on employee devices. Reality Defender and Resemble AI lead on developer APIs and air-gapped deployment. GetReal Security leads on forensic analysis and continuous identity verification. Pindrop leads in contact centers.
Netarx and Resemble AI document support for all three plus Webex. Reality Defender, GetReal Security and Pindrop document Teams and Zoom; none of the three lists Google Meet on its product pages as of October 2026.
Of the five platforms compared here, only Netarx publishes email impersonation and SMS/messaging protection. Reality Defender, GetReal Security, Pindrop and Resemble AI focus on voice, video and image media.
Pricing models differ. Netarx charges per user ($5 per user per month on Business, free for 10 or fewer users; $10 on Enterprise). Reality Defender charges by scan volume (free for 50 scans per month; Business $399 per month). Resemble AI charges per second of media or by plan ($350 and $1,000 per month). Pindrop lists Pulse for Meetings at $54,000 per year for up to 100 users on AWS Marketplace. GetReal Security does not publish pricing.
No. Detection asks whether media is synthetic or manipulated. Identity verification asks whether the person is who they claim to be. A real person can commit fraud on camera, and a deepfake can impersonate someone who passed KYC last year. Most enterprises need both signals on high-risk calls such as help desk resets, payment approvals and hiring interviews.
A meeting bot protects one meeting platform. An endpoint agent protects the user across meetings, phone calls, email and messaging on that device. If attackers reach your people over several channels, an endpoint approach covers more of the attack surface; if you only need to protect one platform or one call center, a bot or integration may be simpler to deploy.
Netarx publishes this page and makes NIK, one of the products compared. To keep it useful, every competitor entry is based only on that vendor's public website, documentation, marketplace listings and press releases, reviewed on October 5, 2026. We did not test competitor products. Accuracy claims are left out because every vendor reports them on different datasets, so they cannot be compared. Vendors change quickly: if anything here is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
NIK is free for individuals and teams of 10 or fewer. Install it, invite a deepfake to your next meeting and see the verdict.
