Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Developer with a strong background in Red Teaming and Microsoft Azure to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in simulating advanced cyber threats, conducting penetration tests, and securing cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Red Team engagements to simulate real-world cyber threats and assess organizational defenses.
- Develop and deploy custom tools and scripts to emulate adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Conduct comprehensive penetration testing on networks, applications, and cloud infrastructures, particularly within Azure environments.
- Collaborate with Blue Teams to enhance detection, response, and remediation strategies.
- Perform social engineering assessments to evaluate human vulnerabilities.
- Document findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends to inform Red Team methodologies.
- Ensure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with a focus on Red Teaming and penetration testing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Security Center, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and OWASP.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and security technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cloud security tools and services across multiple platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Experience with container security and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Contributions to the cybersecurity community through research, tool development, or speaking engagements.
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CEH, or GPEN are valued but not required.
