Position Overview

Netarx is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive to lead outbound sales efforts and expand our customer base across enterprise-level cybersecurity and IT solutions. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in generating new business. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, engaging prospects, and positioning Netarx as a trusted technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

For Sales Account Executives (5+ Years Experience)

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and strategic targeting
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract execution
  • Develop a deep understanding of Netarx’s cybersecurity and IT service offerings to confidently present value propositions
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and decision-makers
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions and proposals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools

For Entry-Level Cybersecurity Sales Representatives

  • Assist with lead generation efforts via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads to determine potential customer fit and readiness
  • Shadow senior sales executives during product demonstrations and discovery calls
  • Support pre-sales activities, including basic product knowledge sharing and relationship development
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, Gen-AI threats, and industry best practices
  • Contribute to sales strategy meetings, team discussions, and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • For Sales Account Executive:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B outside sales with a focus on hunter sales strategy
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and enterprise technology landscapes
    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
  • For Entry-Level Cybersecurity Sales Representatives:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Strong interest in sales, technology, and cybersecurity
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
    • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technology solutions such as cybersecurity, cloud services, or IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Certifications such as Certified Cybersecurity Sales Professional (CCSP), or equivalent are appreciated but not required
  • Prior experience working with enterprise clients or MSPs is a plus
