Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to create standalone applications for Windows and MacOS desktops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unity development and be able to work independently to deliver high-quality, high-performance applications. You will collaborate closely with our internal team to implement new features, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to the overall success of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and maintain standalone Windows & MacOS
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to define and implement features
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, crashes, and performance issues across various Unity versions and hardware setups
- Optimize application performance and user experience
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for final application builds
- Stay up to date with the latest Unity releases, capabilities, and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using Unity
- Demonstrated experience creating standalone builds for Windows desktop
- Strong understanding of Unity’s rendering pipeline, prefabs, scenes, scripting, and asset management
- Ability to work independently and manage development timelines effectively
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance profiling in Unity
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- UI/UX experience within Unity environments
- Exposure to cross-platform Unity development (iOS, Android, VR)
- Relevant certifications in Unity development are a plus but not required
