Netarx was founded in January 1997 by a pair of progressive business technology guys (High School buddies from New York, with not much more than a penny between them) who fled the constraints of convention and wall street firms to start a technology company in auto-town USA...Detroit, MI.

Focusing on the rapidly developing and growing network convergence market, and being committed to designing specialized and innovative products, Netarx launched the network monitoring system (NMS) line of proactive network tools in 1999. Netarx quickly gained a reputation in the marketplace for quality and performance, with a dose of vision. This was just the beginning. Several years, and thousands of monitored network devices later, Netarx continues to be a leader in IP communications and "Remote Network Operations" (RNO) services.

It's now 2007. The landscape of the information technology industry has changed ten fold over the past six years, and Netarx continues to embrace and drive those changes. In fact, we see ourselves as agents of change, a subversive undercurrent, a resistance to habit, convention, and the status quo. We're going to ask the tough questions and challenge assumptions. We're going to put ideas into the marketplace that take the network and the corporation, to places they've never been. Simply stated, at Netarx change is a constant, and the constant never stops. We embrace what others deem the most difficult, and shun that which does not move forward.
