Netarx Inc. Named Michigan’s 50 Companies to Watch

Farmington Hills, MI (February 26, 2009) – Netarx, Inc., a leading provider of business-transforming workflow solutions with unified communications, collaboration, mobility and data center technologies is proud to be named one of “Michigan’s 50 Companies to Watch.”

The "Michigan 50 Companies to Watch" is presented by Michigan Celebrates Small Business in association with the Edward Lowe Foundation, Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center, Small Business Association of Michigan and the U.S. Small Business Administration. The purpose of this competition is to celebrate high-performing, second-stage companies in the state of Michigan. Known for their performance in the marketplace, innovative products, unique processes or philanthropic actions, these companies represent a wide range of industries throughout the state.

“It is truly an honor and privilege to earn the distinction as one of Michigan’s 50 Companies to Watch,” says Netarx CEO, Duane Tursi.  “Our conscious commitment to our people, tools, and processes is what makes winning this award possible.”

Companies nominated for the “Michigan 50 Companies to Watch” list must be second-stage companies, defined as having 6 to 99 full-time-equivalent employees and generating $750,000 to $50 million in annual revenue or working capital from investors or grants. In addition, the companies must be privately held, headquartered in Michigan, and facing issues of growth rather than survival.
