Business Transformation Services (BTS) provides an opportunity for our clients, in partnership with Netarx, to unlock and capture the business value of the advanced technologies offered by our alliances. Through structured, multi-day Business Transformation Planning engagements, we will work with customers to identify, design, and implement improvements to existing business processes to more effectively leverage these solutions and drive deeper adoption.

Many organizations deploy the advanced technologies to their information workers, but few realize the full potential the technology has to offer. Many of our clients already own the key components needed to seek additional business value, and now Netarx is able to provide the knowledge and expertise needed to successfully analyze and improve business processes based on the customer’s unique needs and environment and complementing the customer’s strategic business direction. In most organizations today, it's common to use packaged applications to support some parts of these processes. For example, the sales process may rely heavily on a customer relationship management (CRM) application. Similarly, the fulfillment process may rely on an enterprise resource planning (ERP) application. As valuable as these tools can be, these standard applications typically do not address the entire business process; they only improve upon the more structured parts of a process. While harder to identity, the unstructured steps in a process are often critically important to the business.
