The Netarx Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Offering is part of our suite of Cloud
Services, whose mission is to provide a fault-tolerant virtual environment for any
business. We offer hosted enterprise class applications in our tier-2 and tier-3
data centers, both with redundant Internet, network, security, power, and cooling
systems. Netarx hosted applications are implemented in either our virtual infrastructure,
based on V-Block/Cloud technology which utilizes Cisco, EMC, and VMware components
to provide a highly redundant and fault-tolerant solution, or a physical environment
based on the customer's needs. Security updates and routine maintenance is performed
with the customer's approval and prior testing.
